Afrifeel Travel & Tours Refund and Cancellation Policy
Afrifeel is committed to ensuring that our clients have a remarkable travel experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy provides clarity on the conditions under which cancellations and refunds can be made. We encourage our travelers to review this policy thoroughly before making any reservations.
2. Cancellations by Traveler
2.1. Up to 45 days before departure: Cancellations made up to 45 days before departure will be subject to a [20%] cancellation fee of the total tour/package price.
2.2. Between 44 and 30 days before departure: Cancellations made within this window will incur a [25%] cancellation fee of the total tour/package price.
2.3. 29 days or less before departure: Cancellations made during this period are not eligible for any refund as resort .
3. Cancellations by Afrifeel
In the rare case that Afrifeel needs to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a choice between a full refund or credit towards another package.
4.1. Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for unused services or portions of packages once the tour begins.
4.2. Late Arrivals and No Shows: There will be no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows on the day of departure.
4.3. Refund Processing: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 15-20 business days. It will be credited to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
5. Alterations to Bookings
Any modifications made to a confirmed booking may incur an amendment fee, in addition to any costs imposed by our suppliers.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, and the loss of personal belongings.
Afrifeel may, at its sole discretion, reduce or waive cancellation fees in specific extenuating circumstances. Documented proof may be required.
8. Requesting Refunds or Cancellations
To initiate a refund or cancellation, travelers must contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your booking reference, a detailed reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
Afrifeel reserves the right to revise this refund and cancellation policy whenever necessary. Clients are encouraged to review this policy regularly to stay updated.
